No need to know Heurix to answer — just your traffic. We calculate the rest.
Beyond 50,000 products the quote is custom: see the Enterprise / Custom card above, or write to contact@heurix.fr.
Browse traffic is separate from search traffic — counted and billed separately, with -25% if you already have a Search plan above. Counting details in the documentation.
Simple by design: a request maps to a concrete engine action.
| Search | Every search typed by a visitor counts as one request (the engine responds from the 3rd letter by default, like most modern engines) |
| Indexing | Never counted. Update your catalog as often as you need; only the total number of indexed products is capped by your plan |
| API calls | Management calls are not counted: keys, accounts, subscription, merchandising priorities, analytics. A few endpoints are the exception and count as one request — each is listed in the documentation |
| Ranking | Every call to a category page counts as one Browse request — on a separate counter from search, only if you're subscribed to Browse |
| Overage | Beyond the volume included in your plan, the surplus is billed at the rate shown on your plan — never an abrupt service cutoff |
The REST API is fully documented — authentication, search, indexing, Ranking, facets, analytics. The JavaScript library and MCP server are published. E-commerce platforms connect through this API, using the guides on the Integrations page.
Technical guides with real code to plug Heurix into your platform — search and catalog sync.
Integration goes through the documented REST API — search, indexing, synonym and facet management.
Quickstart guide, complete API reference, real examples. The goal: a working first search in a few minutes.
Documentation is online — see it here. Sign-up happens directly above, in a few clicks.
Start the 14-day free trial (no credit card required), index a first batch of products, run a search. The quickstart guide fits in 3 API calls.
Yes. Monthly billing, no long-term commitment. You change plans or cancel whenever you want, no penalty.
It's not a layer on top of existing solutions: it's a different engine, specialized for catalogs where references matter — dimensions, sizes, standards, vintages. The Search API makes sense as soon as you don't yet have a dedicated engine, or yours fails on this type of search.
The service keeps working normally — the surplus is simply billed at the per-tier rate shown on your plan. You're warned before any significant overage, no surprise cutoff.
Eleven packs are provided (hardware, automotive, electrical, plumbing, industry, electronics, fashion, wine, books, finance, sport) and cover most technical catalogs. A term specific to your catalog isn't in there? Add your own Custom Rules directly from the console, no regex required — included in all plans, effective immediately. For a more complex need (patterns combining two numbers, for example), a fully custom pack is available on Scale plans.
No, it's a separate product with its own quota — you can take it standalone (without a Search plan) or as an option on Growth/Scale, with a 25% discount in that second case. The two quotas never step on each other: your search volume is never affected by your category-browsing traffic, and vice versa.
The getting started guide covers the whole journey — sign-up, first catalog, then the optional modules one by one.
