Electrical & installation: 20 A, 30 mA, 36 W — four quantities, one shape
An electrician writes “DX3 20A curve C”, never “small breaker”. Rating, tripping curve and sensitivity all look alike — a number, a letter — and are never interchangeable.
Four quantities, one single shape
This is what makes the vertical hard for a general-purpose engine. A breaker carries a rating in amps, an RCD a sensitivity in milliamps, a luminaire a power in watts, a socket a voltage in volts. 20A, 30mA, 36W, 230V: four unrelated quantities, written the same way — a number glued to one or two letters.
A text search treats them as words and mixes them up. The electricite rule pack separates them, and with them the tripping curve and the RCD type — two lone letters an installation's compliance depends on (the detail of each attribute).
Rating, sensitivity and cross-section kept apart
The electricite rule pack activates when you pick your industry, at indexing time. It produces these annotations, each of which becomes a usable filter:

To these are added the seven device families — breaker, RCD, cable, socket, switch, enclosure, luminaire — recognized in four languages, because a wholesaler orders from German and Italian manufacturers as readily as French ones. The second pass then brings together three couplings nobody searches for any other way: DISJ_20A, because a bare rating does not say whether it belongs to a breaker, a socket or a switch; DIFF_30MA, which separates the 30 mA of personal protection from the 300 mA of fire protection; and the cross-section tied to its cable, without which “2.5” floats between a length and a diameter.

4,500 A is not a rating
On the first row of the table, two numbers followed by an A sit side by side: 20A is the rating, 4500A the breaking capacity. The first selects the product; the second is a characteristic nobody searches for.
The pack keeps only the first. This is the kind of distinction a text engine does not make: it would return this breaker on a search for “500A”, and the customer would conclude your catalog is badly organised.
The second pass then forms the buying pairs — DISJ_20A, DIFF_30MA, CABLE_SECT_2.5 — because a rating means nothing without the device carrying it: 20 A designates a breaker, a socket or a switch depending on what sits next to it.
What the pack does not recognize
Two trade spellings escape the rules, and it is better to know before indexing.
Cross-section written in ordering notation. A cable is ordered as 3G1.5 or 5G6 — number of conductors, then cross-section — and that form carries no unit. The pack requires “mm” to recognize a cross-section: 2.5mm2 is annotated, 3G1.5 is not. The cable stays findable by its designation and colour, but its cross-section does not become a filter unless the unit appears somewhere on the listing.
Halogen-free series. Harmonized designations with a digit in the middle — H05Z1-K and its family — are not covered. The common series are, including flexible conductors in -F.
In both cases a Custom Rule added from the console closes the gap on your catalog, with no regex to write.
The taxonomy already built for you
The electrical pack isolates the rating, the sensitivity and the protection rating as filterable attributes, not as text. You can then offer a “30 mA type A RCDs” or “IP65 luminaires” page without building the taxonomy yourself.
A manufacturer range the pack does not know, or a naming scheme of your own? Add your own Custom Rule from the console, describing what it should recognize.
